CLAIMS

Our shoes are made with high durability, and we are working hard on finding new ways to improve our products and offer technical innovations that provide a great wearing experience. However, occasionally, we experience products that don’t live up to our standards of excellence. If you encounter such a problem with your product or order, we are here to help you.

Claiming shoes bought online

If you want to file a claim for a pair of shoes bought online, we need a brief description and pictures that show the issue. Please send us an e-mail to support@beheshtian.com with photos and a short explanation of how the fault occurred. You can also contact us via WhatsApp at 098-3132238705 and by phone at 098-3132202412 extension 137.

For shoes, we need pictures with the following specifications:

- Both shoes photographed from above

- Both shoes photographed from below (outsoles)

- Photo of the damaged area/issue

Please note that the size of the images must not exceed 5 MB

As soon as we receive the requested images, we will address your issue. We will keep you informed during the process.

Claiming shoes bought in a local store

If you encounter a problem with a shoe purchased in a local store, please contact the store where the purchase was made or the nearest Beheshtian store. You can find your closest store here.

Please note that the store staff may require proof of purchase to process your claim.

If you have received a defective product

If you find that the goods you have just received do not match your order or have not been delivered to you in the condition you expected, please follow the steps below:

- Return the product by completing our return process.

- You can find the return documents in your parcel.

- Please note that you cannot return products that have been used

When we receive your return, we will refund your money through the same payment method you used, when you placed the order.

If you are still interested in buying the product(s), we kindly ask you to place a new order.
