HOW TO RETURN

Our Return Policy:

- Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

- Returned items must have their original tags.

- Returned items must not have been used, replaced, or washed.

- Shoes must have their original shoebox and must be in their original condition, without postal labels. 

- Home-delivered orders can be returned by carrier companies or by selected Beheshtian stores.

- Orders delivered in our stores can be returned in selected Beheshtian stores.

- Orders purchased in Beheshtian stores can only be returned in selected Beheshtian stores.

 

How to return items delivered by a carrier company?

By carrier:

In the package that contains your items, you can find the product return label as well as the product return form. If you don’t have the return documents, we recommend to make the return in selected Beheshtian stores or to follow instructions below. If you need more information, please contact Beheshtian Customer Service at support@beheshtian.com or phone number 031-32238705

Step 1: Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box and mentioning the reason for returning the product. If you do not have the return form, please go to step 4 and continue the process. The return form is not mandatory for the return process.

Step 2: Put the return form inside the box with the item.

Step 3: Send this form with the items you want to return.

Step 4: Stick the return label on your box (Please do not stick the return label on the original shoebox).

Step 5: Deliver the package to the closest Post Office.

How to return items delivered at Beheshtian stores?

To the Beheshtian store:

Deliver your package to the closest Beheshtian store. In case of online purchase, you should have your order number ready to present to the store staff. The order number can be found in the order confirmation e-mail or SMS.

 

Returning goods may be a time-consuming process

It can take about 10 business days for us to receive your returned product in our warehouse in Isfahan. We strongly encourage you to use our return label included in the parcel. When you return an item, it is important to write down the tracking number of your return label. If your returned product is lost or destroyed during the transportation operation, this number will be considered as your receipt.

- When we receive your returned package, you will be notified via email and SMS..

- Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment up to 10 business days, as soon as we have received your return package in the warehouse. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us

 

Please note:

- If you do not use the product return label that is placed inside your package, you are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.

- If you receive a defective/wrong item or a damaged parcel with missing items, we will need some photos as evidence. Please send a photo or photos to our customer service department so we can investigate further.

- Items that show signs of use such as washing, cleaning, dirt, stains, wrinkles, scratch marks are being returned at sender’s risk and are not subject to an automatic return process.
